通过对贵州省黔西北少数民族地区中小学体育教师继续教育的现状调查,分析得出贵州省黔西北少数民族地区中小学体育教师年龄结构、学历层次等差异性大,继续教育频率不高,教师积极性和主动性不强。与此同时,提出对策:贵州省黔西北少数民族地区中小学体育教师的培训机制应进一步建立健全、注重提高其综合素养、调整培训思路和提高培训认识。
Through the investigation on the status quo of the continuing education of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in minority areas of Guizhou Province in northwestern Guizhou Province, it is found that the age structure and education levels of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guizhou Minority Areas of northwestern Guizhou are quite different. The frequency of continuing education is not high, Enthusiasm and initiative is not strong. At the same time, the countermeasures are put forward: the training mechanism of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in Guizhou’s northwestern ethnic minority areas should be further established and improved, focusing on improving their comprehensive qualities, adjusting their training ideas and training awareness.
