目的探讨采用保存前去白细胞(WBC)合成血外周动静脉同步换血治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果及安全性。方法在多功能心电监护仪检测下,对51名严重高胆红素血症患儿行外周动静脉同步连续换血,换血量160—180 m l/kg,换血前后检查血常规、肾功能、肝功能、电解质、凝血等进行血气分析及血培养。换血后24、48、72 h监测血细胞。结果换血即刻胆红素、外周血WBC、血小板均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);肾功能、凝血一套(PT、APTT、Fg)、电解质、血气分析换血前后比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用保存前去WBC合成血外周动静脉同步换血可有效治疗新生儿高胆红素血症。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of synchronized peripheral blood and venous transfusion with leukocyte (WBC) in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia before preservation. Methods 51 children with severe hyperbilirubinemia underwent continuous peripheral arterial and venous transfusion with the volume of 160-180 ml / kg under the test of multifunctional electrocardiogram (ECG). The blood and renal function were examined before and after transfusion.
