经济全球化浪潮席卷世界。所有的国家和民族,所有的人,都无法逃避它的冲击。其影响所及,也决不仅仅限于经济领域。从根本上说,经济全球化带来了整个人类文化全方位的流变与调整。在文化的视野中,它的影响是复杂的,它不会是文化的世界同一化,而是人类文化构成中备因素,诸如资源、信息、技术、知识、价值观、思想意识等在世界范围类的交流互动、交融互渗、交相影响。经济全球化的趋势,使不同民族的文化失去了封闭自守的可能,各民族文化之间的交流与碰撞势不可挡。在这种互动的过程中,各种文化互为“他者”。而如何在这种文化格局中既保持自己的个性与特色,又融汇吸纳全人类的优秀文化成果,建构自己民族的适应现代化要求的民族新文化,乃是摆在我们面前的新课题。
