cDNA代表着基因的编码顺序,cDNA文库中一个cDNA克隆的已测序部分即为一个EST(expressedsequencetag)。通过完成不同cDNA文库中cDNA克隆的部分测序及它们在染色体上的定位,我们就可得到一个由EST组成的人类基因组的表达图谱(expressionmap),这将大大推进人类基因组项目中基因识别和定位的研究,为遗传病致病基因的克隆创造有利条件。本文综述了表达图谱构建的进展、存在的问题及其前景。
cDNA represents the coding sequence of a gene. The sequenced part of a cDNA clone in a cDNA library is an EST (expressed sequence tag).
