目的对川产道地药材川牛膝资源的适宜性进行评价,为中药资源监测提供参考。方法本实验以四川省为例,利用遥感和地理信息系统(GIS)技术,结合适宜川牛膝生长的生态环境因子,采用层次分析法和空间分析法,从地形、气候、土壤、植被4个方面对川牛膝适宜性分布进行研究,按照不同指标因子分等,得到四川省川牛膝适宜区分等图,并结合野外实测进行验证,对道地药材川牛膝进行研究。结果四川省的川牛膝资源主要适宜分布在乐山、雅安、凉山彝族自治州、宜宾等19个市、州,共包含91个县区,适宜性分布总面积约为3 633.52 km2,占四川省总面积的0.76%。根据相关数据、文献资料记载和野外调查研究可以得出,通过遥感与GIS技术分析所得适宜性结果与川牛膝资源实际分布范围基本吻合。结论利用遥感与GIS技术能够准确、快速地对中药材进行适宜性分析,该方法具有可行性,可为全面调查川牛膝资源和其他中药材资源的分布、保护以及合理开发利用提供数据支持与科学依据。
Objective To evaluate the suitability of Achyranthes bidentata resources in Sichuan and to provide a reference for the monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine resources. Methods In this study, Sichuan Province was used as an example. By using remote sensing and geographic information system (GIS) technology, combined with the eco-environmental factors suitable for the growth of Achyranthes bidentata, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and spatial analysis In this paper, we studied the suitability distribution of Achyranthes bidentata, classified the Achyranthes bidentata Schneideriana according to different index factors, and got the maps of Achyranthes bidentata in Sichuan province. Results Sichuan Achyranthes bidentata resources were mainly suitable for distribution in 19 cities and prefectures such as Leshan, Ya’an, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and Yibin, covering a total of 91 counties with a total area of 3633.52 km2, 0.76% of area. According to relevant data, literature records and field investigation, it can be concluded that the results obtained by remote sensing and GIS techniques are basically consistent with the actual distribution range of Achyranthes bidentata resources. Conclusion It is feasible to use the remote sensing and GIS technology to analyze the suitability of Chinese herbal medicines accurately and rapidly. This method is feasible and can provide data support for comprehensively investigating the distribution, protection and reasonable exploitation and utilization of Achyranthes bidentata resources and other traditional Chinese medicinal materials Scientific basis.
