目的:针对消化性溃疡患者进行研究,从而分析自拟中药方结合西药治疗的临床效果。方法:针对本次研究的研究内容,在门诊病人中选取在2015年1月~2016年1月就诊的80例患者,根据患者的治疗方式,将其分为A组和B组。A组患者为采用常规西药治疗;B组患者为采用自拟中药方结合西药治疗。结果:A组与B组治疗后检测效果评价标准组间比较,差异性明显,其中B组明显高于A组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对消化性溃疡患者采用中西医结合治疗的方式,能够提高治疗质量,其中以结合自拟中药方进行治疗的效果最为显著,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective: To study the patients with peptic ulcer to analyze the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine. Methods: According to the research contents of this study, 80 patients were selected from outpatients between January 2015 and January 2016 for treatment. Patients were divided into groups A and B according to their treatment methods. Patients in group A were treated with conventional western medicine; patients in group B were treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups in the evaluation of test results after the treatment in group A and group B, which was significantly higher in group B than in group A (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The treatment of peptic ulcer by Integrative Chinese and Western methods can improve the quality of treatment, which combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of the most significant effect, with clinical application and promotion value.
