炎性肠道疾病与粪便中分泌型 IgA(以下简称 SIgA)有关。1983年以来我们连续观察了急性菌痢患者粪便中 SIgA 含量变化;同时测定分析粪便中 SIgA、IgG 与 IgM 的不同变化,并以正常人为对照,现报道如下。观察对象与方法一、观察对象:健康人13名,经门诊及住院确诊为急性菌痢患者共81名,其中儿童35名、成人46名。对急性菌痢患者自发病第1日至第10日粪便动态观察 SIgA、IgG 与IgM 的变化。另有9名作了恢复期随访。
Inflammatory bowel disease and excretion of secreted IgA (hereinafter referred to as SIgA). Since 1983, we continuously observed the change of SIgA in the excrement of patients with acute bacillary dysentery. Simultaneously, the changes of SIgA, IgG and IgM in the stools were measured and analyzed. The results were reported as follows. Subjects and Methods 1.Objective: Thirteen healthy subjects were diagnosed as acute bacillary dysentery through outpatient and inpatient hospital. A total of 81 patients were children, including 35 children and 46 adults. Dynamic changes of SIgA, IgG and IgM in the stool of patients with acute bacillary dysentery from the 1st day to the 10th day of onset. Another 9 patients were followed up during the recovery period.
