目的了解重庆市医疗机构消毒灭菌工作质量,加强医院消毒与感染控制管理工作。方法用χ2检验的方法比较各市医疗机构监测合格率、连续10年监测的合格率。结果连续10年监测合格率为98.87%,各年度的监测合格率逐年上升有统计学意义(χ2趋势=67.66,P<0.01)。综合医院与专科医院的监测合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.132,P>0.05)。各类样品监测合格率均>90%且差异有统计学意义(χ2=185.408,P<0.01)。结论重庆市市级三甲医疗机构消毒工作质量较好,且不断提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Chongqing and to strengthen the management of disinfection and infection control in hospitals. Methods The χ2 test was used to compare the qualified rate of medical institutions in each city and the qualified rate of monitoring for 10 consecutive years. Results The qualified rate of monitoring for 10 consecutive years was 98.87%. The annual pass rate of monitoring in each year was statistically significant (χ2 trend = 67.66, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the pass rate between general hospital and specialist hospital (χ2 = 1.132, P> 0.05). All kinds of sample monitoring pass rate were> 90% and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 185.408, P <0.01). Conclusion Chongqing municipal top three medical institutions disinfection work better quality, and continue to improve.
