目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与表皮生长因子的表达与胃癌的关系。方法应用PCR法及快速尿素酶法检测幽门螺杆菌(HP),免疫组化法(ABC法)检测表皮生长因子(EGF)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR),对30例胃癌,30例癌前病变,30例慢性胃炎的病理组织进行了检测。结果胃癌组HP的阳性率为467%,癌前病变组为767%,胃炎组为70%,胃癌组的HP阳性率低于癌前病变组和慢性胃炎组,胃癌组的EGF和EGFR表达明显强于其它两组,癌前病变组的EGFR表达强于胃炎组(P<001)。另外,HP阳性组的EGFR阳性表达强于HP阴性组(P<0005)。结论HP感染与胃癌及癌前病变有关,HP感染可能主要作用于癌变的起始阶段;EGF和EGFR在胃癌有很强的表达。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and epidermal growth factor expression and gastric cancer. Methods Helicobacter pylori (HP) was detected by PCR and rapid urease assay. Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were detected by immunohistochemistry (ABC method). For 30 cases of gastric cancer, 30 Cases of precancerous lesions, 30 cases of chronic gastritis pathological tissue were examined. Results The positive rate of HP was 46.7% in gastric cancer group, 76.7% in precancerous lesion group and 70% in gastritis group. The positive rate of HP in gastric carcinoma group was lower than that in precancerous lesion group and chronic gastritis group, and EGF in gastric carcinoma group. The expression of EGFR was significantly stronger than that of other two groups. The expression of EGFR in the precancerous lesion group was stronger than that in the gastritis group (P<001). In addition, the positive expression of EGFR in the HP positive group was stronger than that in the HP negative group (P<0005). Conclusions HP infection is associated with gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. HP infection may play a major role in the initial stage of canceration; EGF and EGFR are strongly expressed in gastric cancer.
