本文总结了60例50岁以下健康人的植物神经功能试验结果。提出心搏间距变化测定(BBV)阿托品抑制试验率小于50％可作为迷走神经张力亢进的指标,BBV值低于正常和阿托品试验(+)可作为迷走神经张力低下的指标;卧立试验结果高于或低于正常提示交感神经张力亢进或低下。根据这些试验可将植物神经功能状态分成9个类型。
This article summarizes the autonomic function test results of 60 healthy subjects under 50 years of age. (BBV) atropine inhibition test rate of less than 50% can be used as an index of vagal tone hyperthyroidism, BBV value lower than normal and atropine test (+) can be used as an index of vagal tone; lower limbs test results than or Symptoms below normal suggest that sympathetic tone hyperthyroidism or low. Based on these experiments, autonomic functional status can be divided into nine types.
