多年来,物资部门一直是物资供应的“主渠道”。但随着改革开放的深入,指令性计划日益缩小,生产企业经营模式的产供销一体化转变以及价格的不断并轨,物资流通的“主渠道”不断受到挑战,特别是“四放开”政策的实行和邓小平同志南巡谈话发表后,从事生产资料经营的单位如雨后春笋,出现了多元化、多渠道、多层次搞流通,大家争吃“物资饭”的局

For many years, the material department has been the “main channel” for material supply.
