1992年10月23日至26日在湖南长沙召开了第二届国际湿法冶金会议(ICHM′92)。会议由中国有色金属学会和中国核学会联合主办。参加会议的有来自14个国家191名代表,其中国内代表147名,核工业铀矿冶系统代表34名。中国有色金属工业总公司副总经理何伯泉和湖南省副省长储波出席会议并讲话,英国矿冶学会主席Warner N.A.教授、俄罗斯科学院院士Skoro-varov J.I.教授和中国科学院学部委员陈新民、陈家镛等教授也出席了会议。
The 2nd International Hydrometallurgy Conference (ICHM’92) was held in Changsha, Hunan from October 23 to October 26, 1992. The meeting was jointly sponsored by China Nonferrous Metals Society and China Nuclear Society. There were 191 representatives from 14 countries, including 147 representatives from China and 34 representatives from the nuclear industry uranium mining and metallurgy system. He Boquan, deputy general manager of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation and Chu Bo, vice governor of Hunan Province, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Prof. Warner NA, chairman of the British Mining and Metallurgy Society, Prof. Skoro-varov JI, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Chen Xinmin, Also attended the meeting.
