1990年,本市进一步贯彻执行治理整顿和深化改革的方针,取得了比较明显的效果。工业增产百分之四上海工业自去年二季度开始逐步摆脱下降的局面,增长速度逐月回升。全年完成工业总产值1155亿元,比上年增长4%,净值44亿元。全市共开发各类新产品一万多种,计划安排的230种优先发展和100种重点出口产品基本实现了增产要求。继前年60家企业实现“关、停、并、转”后,去年又有66户企业实行了优化组合,其中63户企业都属于兼并形式。
