本文从生态系统视角基于系统论思想提出信息生态及企业信息生态系统的概念,分析了企业信息生态系统组织要素及相互之间的作用关系,给出了知识种群具有的演化、分布、互动及竞争的重要生态特征,并提出4种基本假设。在此基础上,借用网络动力学理论,对信息生态环境下知识组织对创新能力的影响进行了定量分析。
This paper proposes the concept of information ecosystem and enterprise information ecosystem based on the theory of system from the perspective of ecosystem, analyzes the organizational elements of enterprise information ecosystem and their interaction with each other, and gives the evolution, distribution, interaction and competition of knowledge population Of the major ecological characteristics, and put forward four kinds of basic assumptions. Based on this, we use the theory of network dynamics to quantitatively analyze the impact of knowledge organization on innovation ability under the information ecological environment.
