The Seminar on the Status Quarantine of Foreign Communications Held by the Communication and Information Specialized Committee of Sichuan Institute of Electronics was held on October 13, 1985 at the Red Pearl Hill Hotel in Emei, Sichuan Province. 67 pieces of articles have been collected for Huyi.
