2004年9月22日,中共中央颁布了《中国共产党党员权利保障条例》。这是我们党发展党内民主,健全党内生活,加强党的执政能力建设的又一重要举措,意义重大而深远。为了贯彻落实《中国共产党党员权利保障条例》的有关规定要求,根据中央纪委自办案件的工作实际并征求法规部门意见,中央纪委案件审理室拟制了《关于中央纪委办理的案件在处分决定表述中如何贯彻〈中国共产党党员权利保障条例〉第二十二条第二款有关规定的意见》,并于2004年11月10日经中央纪委书记办公会讨论通过,现刊登如下。
On September 22, 2004, the CPC Central Committee promulgated the “Regulations for the Protection of the Rights of Chinese Communist Party Members.” This is yet another important measure for our party in developing intra-party democracy, perfecting inner-Party life and strengthening the building of the party’s ability to govern. It is of great significance and far-reaching significance.
