已知潘生丁在三种鼠细胞和人二倍体肺成纤维细胞、以及小鼠体内(静脉注射)能诱生干扰素。1984年,我们研究潘生丁在人脐血白细胞内和志愿者体内诱生干扰素活性。结果表明,20~600μmol 浓度的潘生丁有明显诱生活性,这种活性有剂量依存关系,最适干扰素诱生浓度为100μmol。在体内,给成人志愿者一次口服100mg(1.7mg/kg)潘生丁,12h 后血内干扰素水平达高峰(68IU/ml)。根据pH 稳定性和热稳定性试验结果,初步认为潘生丁诱生的干扰素为Ⅰ型干扰素。
It is known that dipyridamole induces interferon in three murine and human diploid lung fibroblasts, as well as in mice (iv). In 1984, we investigated the effect of dipyridamole on interferon activity in human umbilical cord blood cells and in volunteers. The results showed that dipyridamole with a concentration of 20 ~ 600μmol had obvious inducing activity. The activity was dose-dependent, and the optimal concentration of interferon was 100μmol. In vivo, 100 mg (1.7 mg / kg) of dipyridamole was administered orally to adult volunteers, and the intravascular interferon level peaked at 68 IU / ml after 12 hours. According to the results of pH stability and thermostability test, the interferon induced by dipyridamole is preliminarily considered as type I interferon.
