美国各州政府针对本州经济发展特点有许多措施鼓励、扶持本州企业出口。如提供完善的国际贸易信息服务;在世界各地设立贸易代表处,为本州企业机电产品出口牵线搭桥;设立国际贸易免税工业园区;补贴本州企业参加国际博览会;制订扶持中小企业出口政策等。(一)新泽西州政府除了协助企业充分利用国家中小企业局的各种政策外,还帮助企业开信用证,在企业出口前期提供财政支持等。
The United States state governments in response to the characteristics of the state’s economic development there are many measures to encourage and support the export of state enterprises. Such as providing a sound international trade information service; setting up trade offices around the world to match the export of machinery and electronic products of state enterprises; setting up a duty-free industrial park for international trade; subsidizing state enterprises to participate in international fairs; and formulating policies to support the export of small and medium-sized enterprises. (A) In addition to assisting enterprises to make full use of the various policies of the State Bureau of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the New Jersey State Government also helps enterprises to open letters of credit and provide financial support in the pre-export period.
