角度类测量仪器的检定校准,是长度计量检测的一项重要内容。目前,大多数省级计量部门仍然使用自动化及精度较低的光学计式小角度检查仪来复现离散的小角度值,检定量较大。本文介绍一种用非接触的光电小角度测头代替原光学计干涉仪测头,利用.NET开发控制人机界面,建立硬件通信机制,能智能化读取检查仪数据的连续小角度检定方法。
Calibration and calibration of angle measuring instruments is an important part of length measurement and testing. At present, most provincial metrology departments still use automated and less accurate opto-mechanical goniometers to reproduce discrete small-angle values with a high verification capacity. This paper introduces a non-contact photoelectric small angle probe instead of the original optical interferometer probe, the use of NET development and control of the man-machine interface, the establishment of hardware communication mechanism, the reader can intelligently read continuous small-angle calibration method .
