本文报道体表希氏束电图检测的一种新方法。它利用放大、整形为方波的P波,直接触发迭加仪扫描迭加.动物实验证明,在正常情况下和用药物造成人为房室传导阻滞情况下,体表测出的HPS-V间期和心腔内记录的H-V间期有良好的相关性.我们用本检测法对10名正常人测定,测得HPS-V间期范围为28～41毫秒,重复性良好.
