网络游戏犯罪是一种新型网络犯罪,主要有以技术手段为作案方式的网络游戏盗窃犯罪和以欺骗、诈骗为作案方式的网络游戏诈骗犯罪。网络游戏犯罪具有虚拟性、隐蔽性强,犯罪成本低,社会危害严重等特点。为了解决网络游戏犯罪侦查中案件发现难、犯罪嫌疑人真实身份难以确认等问题,可以采取全面搜集涉案信息综合研判,利用技术工具对网络游戏及木马程序进行监控,开展网络阵地控制,对涉案游戏账号、QQ、手机信息等情报进行研判,并发现其关联信息等方法来实现网络游戏犯罪的情报搜集。
Cybercrime crime is a new kind of cybercrime, mainly criminal of cyber-game theft and cyber-game fraud of cheating and swindling by using technical means as modus operandi. The crime of online games has the characteristics of virtuality, concealment, low crime cost and serious social harm.
