近日,高纬环球发布了2014年第四季度上海投资市场报告。报告表明2014年前三季度国内生产总值增速持稳在7.4%。1至11月,中国商品房交易额较2013年同期减少7.8%,而据上海统计局最新数据表明,上海1至11月商业地产开发投资额同期增长12.9%。其中,办公楼开发投资额增幅最大,较2013年同期上涨34.3%;商业营业用房开发投资额次之,同比增长26.4%。2014年第四季度,央行降低利率、房地产限购政策放开、重点基建项目上马等调控措施意在支撑今年的经济增长。
Recently, Cushman & Wakefield announced the fourth quarter of 2014 Shanghai investment market report. The report shows that the growth of gross domestic product in the first three quarters of 2014 kept steady at 7.4%. From January to November, the transaction volume of commercial housing in China decreased by 7.8% over the same period of 2013. According to the latest statistics from Shanghai Statistics Bureau, the investment in commercial real estate development in Shanghai from January to November increased by 12.9% over the same period. Among them, the investment in office development increased the most, an increase of 34.3% as compared with the same period in 2013; the commercial investment in commercial development was the second with a year-on-year increase of 26.4%. Fourth quarter of 2014, the central bank to reduce interest rates, real estate purchase policy liberalization, such as the launch of key infrastructure projects and other regulatory measures intended to support this year’s economic growth.
