1969年8月至1985年8月16年内,日本癌研究学会附属医院,对30例眼睑癌进行放疗,其中首次治疗19例,在其他医院治疗后复发11例。病理组织分类以扁平上皮癌居多(21例,占70%),基底细胞癌6例,腺癌3例。肿物直径2cm 以下者25例(占83%)。放疗方法根据肿瘤部位、组织类型、病灶大小及手术方法而定。外照射包括软X 线(140KV,滤过板Al 1mm,SSD1cm),深部X 线(160~250KV,滤过板Cu 0.5mm),高能X 线(4MV,10MV),电子线(8MeV、10MeV)等。组织内照射使用~(252)Cf。1972年以后,以电子线照射为主,外照射用角膜防护铅板(直径2cm、厚3mm)保护眼球。~(252)Cf 组织内照射2例,皆为眼眶内深部浸润而不能进行外照射的病例。
From August 1969 to August 16th, 1985, the Japan Cancer Research Institute Affiliated Hospital performed radiotherapy on 30 cases of orbital cancer, of which 19 cases were treated for the first time, and 11 cases relapsed after treatment in other hospitals. Histopathological classification was mostly squamous cell carcinoma (21 cases, 70%), 6 cases of basal cell carcinoma, and 3 cases of adenocarcinoma. Twenty-five patients (83%) had a tumor diameter of 2 cm or less. Radiotherapy methods depend on the site of the tumor, the type of tissue, the size of the lesion, and the method of surgery. External illumination includes soft X-rays (140KV, filter plate Al 1mm, SSD 1cm), deep X-rays (160 to 250KV, filter plate Cu 0.5mm), high-energy X-rays (4MV, 10MV), electronic lines (8MeV, 10MeV) Wait. Intra-tissue irradiation uses ~(252)Cf. After 1972, it was mainly irradiated by electron rays. The outer eye was protected by a corneal protection lead plate (2 cm in diameter and 3 mm in thickness). Two cases of ~(252)Cf intra-tissue irradiation were all cases of deep infiltration of the eyelid and could not be externally irradiated.
