为评价AML细胞的生长条件,作者将99例儿童AML初治患者的骨髓细胞培养在白细胞饲养层刺激的琼脂(AG/F)及PHA-LCM刺激的甲基纤维素(MC/P)中,观察其生长类型,并对生长类型与临床、生物学特征及预后的关系加以分析。99例中,男55例,女44例;中位年龄10.5岁。27例在诊断时或缓解前有CNS白血病。按FAB分型,M_121例,M_232例、M_37例、M_425例、M_513例、不能分型1例。
To evaluate the growth conditions of AML cells, the authors cultured bone marrow cells from 99 cases of newly diagnosed children with AML in leukocyte feeder-stimulated agar (AG/F) and PHA-LCM-stimulated methylcellulose (MC/P). Observe the type of growth and analyze the relationship between growth type and clinical, biological characteristics and prognosis. In 99 cases, there were 55 males and 44 females; the median age was 10.5 years. Twenty-seven cases had CNS leukemia at diagnosis or before remission. According to FAB classification, M_121 cases, M_232 cases, M_37 cases, M_425 cases, M_513 cases, and 1 case could not be classified.
