同步放化疗是治疗进展期头颈鳞癌的有效手段 ,与单纯放疗相比较约提高 10 %～ 2 0 %的生存率 ,尤其是对于不可切除的病例能明显提高生存率。挽救性手术是对同步放化疗的必要补充。
Simultaneous chemoradiation is an effective treatment for advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, which increases the survival rate by about 10% ~ 20% compared with radiotherapy alone, especially for unresectable cases. Salvage surgery is a necessary complement to concurrent chemoradiation.
