自2003年9月,中共十六届三中全会明确提出“科学发展观”以来,研究阐发“科学发展观”的文章越来越多。但如何完整准确地认识“科学发展观”,仍然是我们面前的重大课题。明年,是实施“十一五”规划的第一年,这个课题的紧要性就更显突出。邢贲思同志是著名的理论家,2004 年9月3日,邢贲思在《人民日报》第十四版上发表了题为《全面理解以人为本》的文章,2005年4月18日,邢贲思又在《求是》杂志2005年第8期上发表《以人为本和科学、民主、依法执政》的文章, 梳理科学发展观的脉络,阐发科学发展观的内核,在理论界引起不小的反响。本刊记者专门采访了邢贲思,希望了解邢贲思对“科学发展观”的系统认识,为读者切实理解、有效实践科学发展观提供帮助。

On September 3, 2004, Xing Bensi published an article titled “Understanding People First” in People’s Daily on the fourteenth edition of the People’s Daily. On April 18, 2005, Is the magazine’s eighth issue in 2005 published “people-oriented and scientific, democratic and rule of law” article, sort out the context of the scientific concept of development, and elucidate the core of the scientific concept of development in the theoretical community has caused no small reaction. This reporter interviewed Xing Ben thinking specifically, hoping to understand Xing Ben thinking of “scientific concept of development” system of understanding for the readers to effectively understand and effectively practice the scientific concept of development to provide help.
