全区水土保持工作会议于1995年10月13日至15日在赤峰召开.会议的主题是总结经验、认清形势、统一思想、确定目标、开拓进取,开创我区水土保持工作的新局面,再上新台阶.会上传达了全国农田水利基本建设会议精神,总结了“八五”期间我区水土保持工作的成绩、经验、特点和存在的问题.提出了“九五”期间水保工作方向,安排部署了1996年水土保持的任务,表彰了“八五”期间为我区水保事业做出贡献的37名先进个人.
