于2013-2014年对36个玉米自交系的农艺性状及几种病害抗病性进行调查,通过简单相关分析及灰色关联度分析对病害抗性与产量的相关性及密切程度进行研究,结果表明,单株粒重与穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数等性状存在显著或极显著正相关关系,与大斑病抗性及弯孢叶斑病抗性存在显著负相关关系。在所研究的几种病害中,大斑病抗性与单株粒重的关系最为密切,关联度为0.854,在玉米品种选育过程中可以优先考虑大斑病抗性。
The agronomic traits and disease resistance of 36 maize inbred lines were investigated in 2013-2014. The correlations and the closeness between disease resistance and yield were studied by simple correlation analysis and gray relational analysis. Results The results showed that there was a significant or very significant positive correlation between grain weight per plant and ear length, ear diameter, ear number per row, grain number per row, etc. There was a significant negative correlation between grain weight per plant and leaf spot resistance of Curvularia oryzae . Among the several diseases studied, the relationship between leaf spot resistance and grain weight per plant was the most closely related, with a correlation of 0.854. The resistance to leaf spot could be given priority in the breeding of maize varieties.
