《会计干部技术职称暂行规定》已经国务院批准转发了。这是继《会计人员职权条例》之后发布的又一个重要的会计法规。它既体现了国家对会计干部的重视和关怀,又对广大财会干部提出了进一步的要求和期望。我们一定要认真贯彻执行这个《暂行规定》,把财会干部的业务技术水平提高一步。对会计干部评授技术职称,是一项政策性很强而且非常具体细致的工作,它涉及到每一个财会人员。要做好这项工作,首先,要加强政治思想工作。要使每一个财会干部正确
“Accounting Cadre Interim Provisions” has been approved by the State Council forwarded. This is another important accounting regulation issued after the Accounting Staff Regulations. It not only embodies the state’s attention and concern for accounting cadres, but also put forward further requirements and expectations for the vast number of accounting cadres. We must conscientiously implement this “Interim Provisions” and step up the technical and business skills of the accountants and cadres. Appraisal of technical titles of accounting cadres, is a very policy-oriented and very detailed work, it involves every accounting member. To do this well, first of all, we must step up political and ideological work. To make every accounting cadre correct
