体育活动是促进幼儿身心健康成长的重要手段。为了让幼儿有一个健康的身心,因此我班将以提高幼儿的平衡能力为重点,进行训练,发展幼儿的平衡能力。幼儿到10岁左右是发展平衡能力的关键时期,这期间进行平衡能力训练对于儿童特别重要,而且也特别有效。从小就应该多做平衡有关的游戏,对一个人一生的平衡能力有较大的影响。在训练幼儿的平衡能力中,我发现平衡能力是有性别差异的。差异主要来自于:男女之间的个人差异,班级幼儿人数偏多,同时受环境、家长的教养态度影响,幼儿的动作发展存在明显的个体差异。
Physical activity is an important means to promote the healthy growth of young children.
