对30例翼状胬肉患眼,检测翼状胬肉切除术前术后的角膜屈光状态,发现胬肉侵犯角膜中周或进入瞳孔区导致角膜散光最大值达+5.0D,散光轴均位于80°—100°之间。胬肉所在的径线为屈光力最大的径线。胬肉切除术缓解角膜散光最大值达+4.0D。侵犯角膜中周以上的胬肉,行胬肉切除术后,可获得明显的散光矫治效果。
