为强化政府法制工作,发挥我省地方性法规和规章在社会主义现代化建设中的作用,根据《省人民政府规章制定程序的规定》,建立地方性法规和规章执行情况反馈制度,现将有关事项通知如下:一、凡属省人民代表大会及其常务委员会发布和批准的应由人民政府及其工作部门实施的地方性法规,省人民政府发布和批准的规章,必须在生效后的1个月之内,由主管部门向省人民政府提出实施方案。生效6个月后,主管部门应向省人民政府汇报初步执行情况;生效1年后应提交实施报告,以后,每年年终要报告1次。
