这次全国土壤改良培肥地力经验交流会,有二十八个省、自治区、直辖市和七个计划单列市农业厅(局)负责土肥工作的同志,有科研,教育部门的教授、专家以及农垦部门和部分基层的代表.共110人参加,还有福建省地、县的有关代表70人会议的中心议题是研究如何加强地力建设,增强农业后劲,是具体落实中共中央书记处农村政策研究室等五单位《关于保障农业持续稳步增长的建议》的一次会议会上通过典型参观、交流经验.研究对策,开阔了界,振奋了人心,明确了方向,找到了差距,进一步增强了搞好
