随着数字科技与网络科技的发展与进步,中国已经进入到了新媒体时代,传统纸媒也迎来了全新的机遇与挑战,这就对报刊新闻工作者提出了更高的要求。在新媒体环境下,报刊新闻工作者必须紧跟时代步伐,努力提升自我的专业化水平,并充分学会适应新媒体环境、运用新媒体技术,进而开辟传统纸媒的新路径,促进传统纸媒的可持续发展。本文从新媒体环境下报刊新闻工作者所面临的困境入手进行分析,简要提出几点开辟传统纸媒新路径的策略,希望能够为报刊新闻工作者提供参考。
