On October 28, President Zhang Xiajian of China's Employment Promotion Association met with Zhu Junyuan, chairman of Taiwan's China Labor Common Quality Product Enhancement and Employment Guidance Promotion Association (CPPCC), and Duan Xixian, chairman of the board.
