目的:研究腹部创伤大鼠免疫功能变化及布洛芬对创伤大鼠的免疫调节作用.方法:白细胞介素-2(IL-2)诱生,采用CTLL细胞增殖法.NK细胞活性检测,采用乳酸脱氢酶释放法.淋巴细胞内cAMP与cGMP浓度测定,采用放射免疫法.结果:腹部创伤大鼠脾淋巴细胞IL-2生成能力明显降低,脾脏NK细胞活性显著受到抑制,脾淋巴细胞内cAMP浓度下降,cGMP水平升高.应用布洛芬治疗能够增强创伤大鼠IL-2生成能力,恢复NK细胞活性,淋巴细胞内cAMP浓度回升,cGMP水平下降.结论:布洛芬能够明显改善创伤大鼠的免疫功能,提高其抗感染能力
Objective: To study the changes of immune function in traumatic rats and the immunomodulatory effects of ibuprofen on traumatic rats. Methods: Interleukin-2 (IL-2) was induced by CTLL cell proliferation method. NK cell activity detection, the use of lactate dehydrogenase release method. Lymphocytes cAMP and cGMP concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The IL-2 production of splenic lymphocytes was significantly decreased in traumatized rats and the activity of NK cells in spleen was significantly inhibited. The concentration of cAMP in splenic lymphocytes was decreased and the level of cGMP was increased. The application of ibuprofen could increase the production of IL-2 in traumatic rats, restore the activity of NK cells, increase the level of cAMP in lymphocytes, and decrease the level of cGMP. Conclusion: Ibuprofen can significantly improve the immune function of traumatized rats and improve its anti-infective ability
