用原位杂交组织化学法,研究了大鼠胃肠胰系统GnRH-mRNA阳性反应的上皮和神经细胞的分布。胃底腺、胰外分泌部和十二指肠绒毛都分布有(GnRH-mRVA强阳性反应的上皮细胞。在胃和十二指肠的肌间神经丛、粘膜下神经丛也有GnRH-mRNA阳性反应的神经细胞。以上结果和我们先前免疫组织化学研究的结果相一致,说明胃肠胰的一些上皮细胞和副交感神经节细胞都能自身合成GnRH。GnRH对胃肠胰系统可能有重要的功能意义。
In situ hybridization histochemistry was used to study the distribution of GnRH-mRNA-positive epithelial and neuronal cells in the rat gastrointestinal pancreas system. GnRH-mRVA strongly positive epithelial cells are distributed in the fundus gland, pancreatic exocrine and duodenal villi. In the myenteric plexus of the stomach and the duodenum, the submucosal nerve plexus also has a GnRH-mRNA positive reaction Of nerve cells.The above results are consistent with the results of our previous immunohistochemical study, indicating that some epithelial cells and parasympathetic ganglion cells of gastrointestinal pancreas can synthesize GnRH by themselves.GnRH may have important functional significance on the gastrointestinal pancreatic system.
