张希良,1963年6月生,清华大学管理科学与工程学科教授,清华大学能源环境经济研究所所长,清华大学重点研究团队“能源管理与气候政策”负责人,中国能源研究会常务理事兼能源系统工程专业委员会主任委员。担任学术期刊《Energy Science and Engineering》(SCI)、《Climate Policy》(SSCI)副主编。
Zhang Xi Liang, born in June 1963, Professor of Management Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University, Director of the Institute of Energy and Environmental Economics of Tsinghua University, Key Research Team of Tsinghua University, Director of Energy Management and Climate Policy, Executive Director of China Energy Research Society And energy systems engineering committee chairman. Served as an academic journal “Energy Science and Engineering” (SCI), “Climate Policy” (SSCI) associate editor.
