目前,电网建设施工人员的安全技术素质较低,安全意识有待提高,习惯性违章现象屡禁不止,严重影响着施工作业安全。许多事故案例分析表明:很多事故发生均属习惯性违章所致。习惯性违章,即人员重复违背规则,是长期养成难以改变的不良心理因素支配的作业行为。因此,分析研究习惯性违章的特性和心理因素,有针对性地采取预控措施,是电网建设安全管理的重要工作任务。
At present, the safety and technical quality of construction workers in power grids is relatively low, and the awareness of safety needs to be improved. The phenomenon of habitual violation has been repeatedly banned, which has seriously affected the safety of construction operations. Many accident case studies show that many accidents are caused by habitual violation. Habitual violation, that is, repeated violations of the rules of personnel, is difficult to change the long-term development of difficult psychological factors dominate the operating activities. Therefore, analyzing and studying the characteristics and psychological factors of habitual violation and taking precontrol measures in a targeted manner are important tasks for the safety management of power grid construction.
