改革开放以来我国对外资一直实行超国民待遇政策,以提高我国吸收外资的竞争能力,吸引大量外资,推动国家经济建设。但随着我国加入WTO(TRIMs协议),越来越多的声音开始质疑我国对外资的超国民待遇政策的合法性及合理性,由于对外资的超国民待遇直接对内资企业造成了不公平的竞争环境,威胁我国的经济安全,很多人要求立即取消对外资的超国民待遇。但笔者经过一系列分析认为我国现阶段并不宜马上取消对外资的超国民待遇。

Many people demand that the ultra-national treatment of foreign capital be immediately canceled. However, after a series of analyzes, the author believes that it is not appropriate for our country to immediately cancel the super-national treatment of foreign capital.
