荷兰女设计suzanne oxenaar与otto nan合作了许多我们耳熟能详的作品,从2004年与MVRDV事务所合作完成的Lloyd酒店,到2010年技惊东京的Llove酒店。2012年他们在荷兰阿姆斯特丹推出了the exchange酒店。这间新近开业的设计酒店,在这一座建于17世纪的荷兰传统建筑和两栋上世纪八九十年代的建筑当中,被政府寄予带动damrak老区新风貌的厚望。谈到最初的设计构想,oxenaar说,每回我见到走在附近的路人,都觉得他们像极了模特儿在走T台,因此“将酒店房间当成模特儿来打扮”就成了the exchange酒店的主题概
Dutch design suzanne oxenaar has worked with otto nan on many of our well-known works, from the Lloyd Hotel, which was completed in 2004 with MVRDV, to the Llove Hotel in Tokyo in 2010. In 2012 they opened the exchange hotel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The recently opened design hotel, housed in a 17th-century Dutch traditional house and two buildings dating back to the 80s and 90s, was placed by the government as a gesture of anticipation of the new look of the old damrak. Speaking of the original design idea, Oxenaar said that every time I see pedestrians walking in the neighborhood, I feel like they are going to be T models, so “dress up a hotel room as a model” becomes the exchange
