针对尼尔基水库初步设计阶段的防洪调度方案存在的问题,考虑水库工程完工、投入正常调度运用的现实需要,研究了与洪水预报方案水平相适应的、可在实时洪水调度中实施的洪水调度方案,基于现有的洪水预报方案及其精度,研究了尼尔基水库的洪水调度方式及其判别指标,确定了洪水调度方案的基本框架,并采用粒子群优化算法优化计算了泄量参数。结果表明,该方案确保了水库自身的防洪安全,基本完成了水库规定的防洪任务,可用于尼尔基水库运用初期洪水调度。
In view of the existing problems of flood control and dispatching plan in the preliminary design phase of Nierji reservoir, considering the practical needs of completion and normal operation of reservoir project, the flood dispatch which can be implemented in real-time flood dispatch is studied. Based on the existing flood forecasting scheme and its accuracy, this paper studies the flood dispatching method and its distinguishing index of Nierji reservoir, and determines the basic framework of flood dispatching scheme. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the discharge parameters. The results show that this scheme ensures the flood control safety of the reservoir itself and basically fulfills the flood control tasks stipulated by the reservoir and can be used for flood control in the early stage of Nierji reservoir.
