目的观察航空驾驶员在平行秋千摆动暴露前、中、后的心率变异性(HRV)特点,探讨以此评价线性加速度作用下前庭-植物神经反应性的可能性。方法记录37名航空驾驶员在秋千摆动前、中、后的连续心电图,进行频谱分析,计算低频成分(LF)和高频成分(HF)之比值。对受试者中LF/HF值在不同摆动阶段变化类型及分布与耐受摆动时间的关系进行初步分析。结果摆动中受试者的LF/HF(1.08±0.79)明显低于摆动前(3.13±1.72)和摆动后(3.60±1.83,P<0.01)。而摆动中心率(93±13)/min较摆动前(84±9)/min和摆动后(77±8)/min均高(P<0.01)。结论平行秋千摆动中迷走神经活动显著增强;平行秋千摆动前、中、后受试者的心脏植物神经调节功能具有多样性和复杂性。
Objective To observe the characteristics of heart rate variability (HRV) before, during and after swinging parallel to aero swing in aviation pilots and to explore the possibility of evaluating the vestibular autonomic nerve responsiveness under linear acceleration. Methods 37 pilots were recorded in the swing swing before and after the continuous ECG, frequency analysis, calculation of low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) ratio. The relationship between the type and distribution of LF / HF in different stages of swinging and the tolerance of swinging time was analyzed preliminarily. Results The LF / HF (1.08 ± 0.79) in subjects with swinging was significantly lower than that before swinging (3.13 ± 1.72) and swinging (3.60 ± 1.83, P <0.01 ). The mean heart rate (93 ± 13) / min was significantly higher than that before the swing (84 ± 9) / min and after the swing (77 ± 8) / min (P <0.01). Conclusions The vagus nerve movement in parallel swinging swing was significantly enhanced. Before, during and after swinging parallel swing swinging, the autonomic nerve function of heart was diversified and complicated.
