目的通过对不同花色桔梗不同生长期的多种成分含量测定分析,对育成品种进行质量评价。方法利用全自动氨基酸分析仪和紫外分光光度计对氨基酸、可溶性糖、蛋白质、总酚、类黄酮等成分含量进行测定。结果两种花色桔梗品种均含有17种氨基酸,其中7种为人体必需氨基酸;粉花桔梗中含人体必需氨基酸总含量稍高于紫花桔梗的含量,总氨基酸含量低于紫花桔梗;粉花桔梗除可溶性糖含量随着生长期先增加后降低外,其余成分均表现出先降低后增加的趋势;生长期2年的粉花桔梗较之紫花桔梗总酚含量低,可溶性糖含量高,蛋白质和类黄酮含量相当。结论粉花桔梗可作为药食两用新品系进行推广种植。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the quality of bred cultivars by analyzing and analyzing the contents of various components in different growing stages of different cultivars. The growth of two-year-old Platycladus orientalis was lower than that of Eustoma, and the content of soluble sugar was high. The content of protein and flavonoids Equivalent content. Conclusion Eustoma Platycodon can be used as a new dual-purpose food and medicine to promote the planting.
