实施素质教育的核心也就是创新教育。创新教育在不同的教育阶段有不同的目标。单就基础教育而言,教育的根本目的就是培养学生为日后创新能力得以产生和发展的源出性的个性品质。
The core of implementing quality education is innovation education. Innovative education has different goals in different stages of education. In terms of basic education alone, the fundamental purpose of education is to cultivate the individual qualities that students derive from the ability to produce and develop innovative capabilities in the future.
