人是资源,也是资本,这是知识经济时代对“人”最先进的思想认识,所以在审计机关行政管理中必须重视引入人本管理的理念。要达到人本管理的优化,就要在以下几方面创造条件: 一、优化思想政治工作。以江泽民总书记提出的“三个代表”的论述作为开展思想政治工作的主线,贯穿于思想政治工作的全过程。增强凝聚力、向心力、敬业心和责任感。 二、优化工作环境。在这里主要指内部工作环境的优化,创造一个宽松、和谐、相互信任、相互理解、相互支持、具有团队精神的工作氛围。
