用琼脂对倍稀释法检测117株淋球菌对10种抗生素的敏感性,用头孢硝噻吩法检测淋球菌的β-内酰胺酶,结果显示117株淋球菌中没有1株产酶株,然而淋球菌对青霉素的敏感性只有40.17%。淋球菌对头孢三嗪、壮观霉素、阿齐霉素、美满霉素100%敏感,对氟哌酸、氟嗪酸的敏感率分别为92.3%、91.46%,出现了对氟哌酸、氟嗪酸耐药的菌株,并发现淋球菌对氟哌酸和氟嗪酸存在交叉耐药。
The sensitivity of 117 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to 10 antibiotics was tested by agar dilution method. The β-lactamase of Neisseria gonorrhoeae was detected by cefotaxime. The results showed that there was not 1 enzyme producing strain in 117 gonococci, however, The sensitivity of cocci to penicillin is only 40.17%. Neisseria gonorrhoeae were 100% sensitive to cefotaxime, spectinomycin, azithromycin and minocycline, and their sensitivity rates to norfloxacin and triflum were 92.3% and 91.46%, respectively. Piperacillin and flurazinic acid resistant strains, and found that Neisseria gonorrhoeae and norfloxacin acid cross-resistance.
