利用恒电流条件下电位一时间曲线法,对不锈钢点蚀诱导期进行了研究.考察了阳极极化电流密度、温度、Cl-浓度和其它阴离子以及表面状态对诱导期的影响.结果表明:在本实验条件下,诱导期(τ)随阳极极化电流密度提高而增加;随Cl-浓度增加而缩短,而加入OH-等阴离子使诱导期增长;温度升高,诱导期降低;表面状态对诱导期的影响极大.“,”The potential-time curves under galvanostatic condition were used to investigate the pitting induction period of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The influences of anodic polarization current density, temperature, Cl- concentration and other anions, and surface conditions on pitting induction period had been investigated. The results showed that under the present experimental conditions the pitting induction period ('r) increased with rising the anodic polarization current density and reduced with increasing temperature or Cl- concentration, while adding OH- and some other anions resulted in the increase of the pitting induction period (τ) . The surface conditions had a significant influence on induction period.
