本文对164例10~14岁中小学生进行两年纵向随访,调查晨尿中出现精子(精尿)的阳性率(61%),及连续6天精尿的阳性频数(1~4次)。又以放射免疫法测定同期晨尿中睾酮含量,结果其浓度与相同个体同日的血清睾酮浓度呈正相关(r=0.6,P<0.05)。164例的尿睾酮水平随年龄而升高,呈显著性差异。精尿阳性与精尿阴性的标本,尿睾酮亦以前者显著高于后者。连续6日晨尿中阳性精尿频数与其尿睾酮水平比较,则以高频数(3~4次)者大于低频数者(1~2次)。
In this study, 164 cases of primary and secondary school students aged 10-14 years were followed up for two years. The positive rate of morning urine (sperm count (61%) and the frequency of positive urine urine (1-4 times) for 6 consecutive days) were investigated. Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the testosterone in morning urine. The results showed that the concentration of testosterone was positively correlated with the concentration of testosterone in the same individual on the same day (r = 0.6, P <0.05). 164 cases of urinary testosterone levels increased with age, showed significant differences. Urine testosterone and urine testosterone were also significantly higher than the former. For 6 consecutive days, the frequency of positive urinary excretion of morning urine was higher than that of urinary testosterone (1 ~ 2 times), which was higher than the low frequency (3 ~ 4 times).
