在素质教育的今天,学校美术教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,而美术课堂教学又是对学生进行美术教育的主渠道。教师作为学生的组织者、管理者,怎样上好每一堂美术课,如何在教学活动中体现出素质教育,让全体学生生动、活泼、主动地发展,并成为有健全人格,有创新精神的合格人才呢?本人通过多年来的初中美术教学实践与探索总结出以下几点供大家参考。一、培养学生学习的积极性和主动性要让学生接受教育、让学生有学习的兴趣并且让他们积极主动地学习。着为教师,我以为教学的艺术,不在于传授知识和本领,而在于激励、唤醒学生的求知欲。没有兴奋的情绪怎么激励人,没有主动性怎么能唤醒沉睡的人。
